Do you love brunch? Do you love boozy cocktails? If so, join us in creating three brunch cocktails accompanied by small plates complimentary of Stitch House Brewery. Victoria of Opici Distributing will demonstrate the proper way to create three cocktails with fresh ingredients and interesting garnishes as you follow along creating your very own craft cocktails. We will begin the mixology workshop by creating a not so irish coffee. We we will make a coffee that will be garnished with marshmellow, chocolate dipped eggo waffle, and whipped cream amungst other fun items. Next we will create a Brunch Punch that is fruity while also being boozy! Lastly we will end the workshop with a mango mojito mimosa because what would brunch be with out mimosas? During the cocktail workshop you will be presented with multiple small splates for your enjoyment including shrimp and grits, avacado toast and steak and eggs. Once we finish the workshop you will have a moment to mingle and order any items that were utilized in the class. Event duration is two hours. No substitutions for food. Gratuity for instructors is not included. Tipping is greatly appreciated! Participants must be 21+ with valid ID. *All cocktails are able to be made non-alcoholic.
