The Westbrook Inn hosts Chef Michael Arrastia for a Valentine's Dinner! This unique menu is inspired by Chef Michael's Puerto Rican heritage and paired with specialty cocktails using locally distilled liquors from Bully Boy Distillers. Live jazz music from Eric Lindberg will set the mood for this special holiday dinner! Chef Michael is an award winning chef who received critical acclaim as executive chef of the Bacon Gastropub "The Hangover Pub" in Worcester, Massachusetts. Under his direction, the restaurant was awarded Best New Restaurant in Central Massachusetts and Best Brunch in the State of Massachusetts by Livingly.com. He's been featured on Guy Fieri's Guy's Grocery Games and the Travel Channel's Man Vs. Food. His talents have also been featured on Chronicle, Phantom Gourmet, and NESN's Wicked Bites. February 11th, 2023 (Saturday) Doors / Cash Bar open at 6:00 PM 4-Course Dinner from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM $75/ticket plus gratuity, tax, and service charges DINNER MENU: Crema de Platano Verde Cream of plantain soup with fresh sofrito and green chilis. Served with garlic rubbed tostones, creme fraiche, and pickled onion. Shrimp & Scallop Ceviche Gulf shrimp and bay scallops marinated in fresh citrus and herbs with thinly sliced onions. Served with plantain crisps. Pork Rib Bacon Wrapped Mofongo Lollipop Slow cooked pork ribs, shredded and then added with mashed plantains and wrapped around a pork rib. Then bacon wrapped. Served over arroz con gandules with pickled onions and cilantro oil. Mango Coconut Tres Leches Cake Three milk soaked moist cake with mango syrup fresh whipped cream and toasted coconut.
