Higher Level DMV's 1st Annual: 5 on 5 Basketball Tournament!🏀 Be ready to face off this Spring Break! We are having a basketball tournament event and fundraiser on Saturday, March 11, 2023; presented to you by Higher Level DMV Enrichment Center. This event will be family fun with music, food, and friendly competition. Bring your best squad, see if you can hold on to your crown, and win the cash prize!💰 Come to hoop, cheer on friends and family, or just have a great time with your community! Food, Gatorade, water, snacks, and candy will be available for purchase🍿🥤____________________________________________________________________________ REGISTRATION PROCESS General admission tickets are for spectators of the tournament and entry into the event. Team Registration tickets are for teams of 7-10 playing in the tournament. Team Registration covers all 7-10 players. Referee Concession StandEtc.____________________________________________________________________________ TOURNAMENT RULES 10 Players per team (7 Player Minimum)Register your team by Wednesday, March 1st.Check-in: 10 a.m.Team members need to wear the same color shirt.Waiver must be completed before playing.Single-game elimination. (March Madness style)5-minute quarters (running clock).Time stops for free throws, tech fouls, and last 1 min and 30 seconds of the quarter.5-minute halftime. 30-second shot clock.____________________________________________________________________________ CONDUCT CODE The tournament organizers and officials will be responsible for the proper conduct of participants in the tournament. Players are responsible for obeying the published tournament rules. Fair play and good sportsmanship are highly encouraged.
