Presented by the Grand Valley Yoga Fest & Hosted by YogaVIn the chaos of our daily lives there are numerous yoga practices that we can do to help us to quiet our minds in order to bring us peace. One of the yoga practices that we can utilize is Meditation.
In this class we will do a traditional Japa (Mantra) meditation. Japa meditation uses mantras to quiet and focus the mind.
Note: Dress comfortably and feel free to bring your own meditation cushion or mala if you have one. Limited chairs available for those with mobility issues. Some cushions will be available.

The Grand Valley Yoga Fest is a non-profit. All proceeds go to Suicide Awareness and Mental Health programs in the Grand Valley
