There’s limited space for this event, so get your tickets while they last, and please read the instructions below! 1 Bring clothes, shoes, and accessories that you no longer want – keep it to about 15 items, and see note about quality, below. 2 Please bring quality, well-maintained items (no stains, tears, pilling, broken, etc.) – things that you yourself would want to receive if it was new-to-you. We will not be collecting clothing for donation, but we will donate items not chosen by anyone in the group at the end of the night. 3 Tips for shopping at a clothing swap * Wear comfy clothing that's easy to take on or off * Bring a reusable water bottle * Have patience * Examine the items for any damage, holes, missing button, etc. * Only take what you love and need - the whole purpose of a clothing swap party is to reduce. FOR CLOTHES YOU WANT TO WEAR NOW 4 From 5:30-6 pm, we’ll sort everything into a variety of categories. Please be ready to help sort items as they arrive! If you'd prefer you may drop off items prior to the event 5 At 6 pm, we'll have some quick announcements and the swapping will commence! No limits on how much you can take, but please take only what sparks joy and actually fits you. It helps to ask a fellow swapper for their opinion if you’re unsure about how something looks.  6 After the swap, we'll donate all leftover items to Joyful Journeys along with the monetary monies collected when you signed up. https://joyfuljourneys.org/ 7 These events tend to be very popular! Clothing swaps turn out better when there are more attendees; more clothes + more clothes-seekers + more sizes/styles = more swapping opportunities. Please feel free to share this event and bring your friends. To limit no-shows and have a more accurate head-count we will be charging $10. The money collected will be donated to Joyful Journeys.
