Crossfit Unrivaled and Team Chesapeake LEU are teaming up on 2/11/2023 to host a fundraiser to raise money for the 2023 edition to the Road to Hope. Law Enforcement United supports the COPS Kids Camp, ODMP, The Spirit of Blue and others in our mission to Honor the Fallen and Remember the Survivors. This workout is easily scalable and modifiable to the athletes choice. Teams of 2 will have 13 minutes to complete as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) of 3 rope climbs, 5 walk walks, 9 bar muscle ups, 11 thrusters at choice weight, and 12 burpee box jumps - after biking 44 calories on the echo bike! It's a team effort, so find what you're best at and get hydrated! Each of the numbers in the work out is memorable to the seven police department's in Hampton Roads - hence the name - Hampton Roads Heroes. The line of duty deaths from each department are names of heroes that we honor, while remembering their fallen.
