About Free Mvmt Shop: Free Mvmt Shop was born in 2018 out of a yearning for a space to gather as a group and workout. Creator, Ashley Rockwood was re-entering life as a new mom and had just hung up her professional dancer shoes. With no desire/connection to the traditional gym environment and facing the reality that dancing in the studio was her passion and purpose, she set out to share this with the world. Building the first pop up out of an old dry cleaner in the southport corridor with her bare hands, the journey began. A slue of experiences later, 4 other pop up spaces to follow, still standing and proudly growing our community of confident, creative people moving people. Nothing is permanent. But happy to be back in person, rooted down for a bit in our 6th studio space in Lakeview. From that desire, we created a naturally brewed hard kombucha with wholesome, ethically sourced ingredients. Luna Bay was started by a team of women passionate about wellness, adventure, community and fun – and we plan to spread those values through simple, honest, boozy booch. We were the first of its kind to be produced and distributed in Chicago. And now we are proudly on shelf coast-to-coast.
