Start the new year with deep relaxation and a nourishing practice that can help support your body and mind's healing through an hour-long journey of guided sound meditation. Lay back and relax as you are taken on an inner exploration created by the harmonic vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other instruments. All are welcome. No prior experience or beliefs required. IMPORTANT: All attendees must bring their own yoga or sleeping mat, pillow, blankets, eye cover, and anything else you may need to make yourself comfortable while lying down or sitting. (Limited yoga mats will be available at event space.) Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of event. Dress comfortably (layers recommended). Session is $25/per person in advance. Advanced reservations are encouraged as space is limited. Cancellation Policy: 24-hour cancellation required for full refund. Must cancel by 6:59PM on 1/10/2022. No refund available after this time. About your facilitator: Evelyn Luviano began her journey with meditation and yoga in 2016 and since then has discovered how transformative these practices can be. She believes that health & well-being are our human birthright. Her purpose through sound and meditation offerings is to reduce suffering and to be of service to our collective healing.
