She has held various positions in the technology, operations, and strategy departments at Southwest Airlines. Since March 2019 Michelle has been responsible for leading the strategic planning, project delivery, data and analytics and technology for Southwest Airlines Cargo and Charters Team. Prior to joining Southwest Airlines in 2014, Michelle served in multiple at roles during her 15 year career at Sabre – including the Director of Crew Management solutions, based in Vienna, Austria. Michelle holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech, and resides in Dallas, Texas with her husband, James, children Faith and Wesley, and two loveable Labradors.
