Brianne Bayer is an experienced yoga instructor in Lincoln and will be popping up at The Body Lab to teach a Yin yoga class by candlelight. Intentionally slow down the pace of life with a peaceful practice combining slower-paced, meditative Yin poses, breath work, and guided meditation to re-center the body & mind. In Yin yoga, the poses are held for a long period of time (typically three to five minutes) to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments) rather than focusing on the muscles. No prior yoga experience is required, just join us and enjoy this time you’ve gifted yourself!
Please bring your own yoga mat and water and dress comfortably in layers. We are so excited to move with you!
