Meet a very friendly Orange male rescued neutered cat

Hello...This handsome guy is "Max". He is 7 years old, neutered, shots. Clean and cat litter box trained. He's extremely clean, easy going, used to dogs and other cats. The reason I'm looking for a new home for Max is he needs a calmer home then mine. He's getting to stressed out in my super busy house. He's been a great cat. He's never had any accidents. He's 100% cat litter box trained. Max was rescued in June 2015. He was found as a kitten with burnt back paws. We believe he was abandoned. We took him to the vet, healed his paws, and kept him because he bonded with our other rescue "Ella". My daughter does really love Max but he's not good at handling the stress of my house. In 2022 we rescued over 200+ kittens and cats. My house can be chaos. Max needs a much quieter home. A place where he can feel more loved and get more quality time. Max was just fine when he was 1 of 5 rescued cats. But now he's getting to much stress and I feel he'd be best suited in a home where it's maybe 2 or 3 cats, dogs, and him. The best thing for him, is to find him a new loving owner. Max cannot handle how busy my house gets with all of the rescues. So I'm please hoping for a nice, non-judgmental new home for him. He's an excellent boy. He's always clean. Always uses the litter box. He's vocal, where he'll meow and talk to you. He absolutely loves cut up chicken breast. He loves to be fed people food. Max's rehoming fee is $30. I will be picky about where he goes. I want a good, comfortable home. He loves kids. Fine with other cats and dogs. Max is indoor only. He's never been outside. He will take probably a week or 2 to be fully comfortable in a new home. But I truly feel it's the best thing for him.
