Nature Walk with Conservationists Ken Bridle and Doug Tallamy

The Piedmont Land Conservancy, The North Carolina Native Plant Society and Wild Ones Central North Carolina are delighted to invite you to a nature walk lead by two respected leaders in the conservancy field, Doug Tallamy and Ken Bridle. The walk will take place on the beautiful and newly established Stuart and Emma Thomas Memorial Trail in the heart of Winston Salem, NC. The walk will highlight local botanicals and the important role of land stewardship for the health of the planet as well as our own. Dr. Tallamy is the author of several books including the Nature of the Oaks, Bringing Nature Home and Nature Best Hope. Dr. Bridle is the President of North Carolina Native Plant Society. The event is free. However, donations to Wild Ones Central North Carolina are welcome.
