Welcome to the “Rest and Reset” workshop, a calm after the storm of the holidays.
Attendees leave with a basic knowledge of essential oil use, saftey and proper storage. We will discuss the available essential oils and carrier oils then formulate a personalized roller ball. After a mental deep dive we will create an art piece from a place of peace and rest to reflect back on later. Snack and beverages provided. Join us!
