Our community is coming together to live better, longer! Together we're bringing "Soulful Saturdays" to the lovely Verdugo Park, the first weekend of every month: One hour yoga session starts at 10am led by One Down Dog yoga studio, with music to both energize and relax.After class refreshments until 12pm.FREE with RSVP!Find us on the north side of Verdugo Park (see map below). Parking is available at both the lots and on street.Class is suited for both beginners and experienced yogis.Please bring your YOGA MAT if you have one. And if not, we'll have extras available!It's part of the new "Go Heart" wellness program - which is free to the public. The project is a partnership between Adventist Health, the American Heart Association, YMCA, local wellness studios, and many others to support healthy hearts and stronger communities For more info, visit GoHeartLA.com.
