GALENTINE'S YOGA IS HERE! An invitation to wind down the evening with friends or come solo and meet people in the area that like to sometimes pair a little indulgence with their wellness. Included in your ticket price will be: 45 minute yoga class suitable for all levels with Christa Angelo30 minute sound bath by Stephanie of Alchemy Yoga and Sound1 milk or dark chocolate truffle from "A Perfect Truffle"1 glass of wine (there will be both red and white available)**Please note that this is not a gender specific event, open to all in the spirit of celebrating love, friendship and one another!
