Listen to your body, explore moving in new ways, and experience the incredible benefits that this embodiment practice can bring. The full moon marks a time for clearing patterns that no longer serve us and renewing our intentions and commitments to ourselves. This therapeutic ecstatic dance experience gives you the opportunity to embody what you are stepping in to and release what's not serving you on the dance floor. Whether your intention is to cultivate more self-awareness, creativity, self-love, gratitude, drive, or abundance in your life, when we dance together in community we ignite our collective intentions and create an environment of inspiration, healing, and magic. Experience a sense of connection to yourself and others so palpable that it doesn't need words. This is a space for radical self-expression, which means there is no right way to move. Listen to your rhythm, your body, and let the dance begin. Flow of the evening: We open our Full Moon Disco with a Cacao Ceremony and meditation where we set our intentions for the dance. Cacao is a beautiful, heart opening medicine that has been used for thousands of years in Meso American cultures. We then transition into our guided ecstatic dance. This is a place to dance freely exploring your creative expression, trust your body to guide your movement. She loves bridging the gap between creative expression and wellness and her mission is to create a container for people to explore their own self-expression and gently push their creative boundaries. She is also passionate about creating spaces for connection and dissolving the boundaries that society places on us. These experiences are designed to disarm any unconscious defenses so that we can truly feel more connected to ourselves and others.
