Dear MCA Members, Our Next Meeting will be on Tuesday, January 10t 2022 at 6:00 PM. Guest Speaker:  Eric Grizzle Claims Manager with NFIP Topic: National Flood Insurance Protection (NFIP) Annual Update, RCQC (Random Claims Quality Check) and Q&A Session Eric Grizzle has worked in the independent insurance adjusting industry since 1999 as an adjuster, file examiner and manager. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Master of Arts which give him a unique perspective and proven insight into policyholders needs following a disaster. He has worked with OST, Inc. for nearly three years as the National Flood Insurance Program’s (NFIP) Claims Manager, providing program support and management to 60 participating insurance carriers, 30 adjusting companies and over 5,000 authorized flood adjusters. OST, Inc. is the federal contractor who administers daily management for NFIP standard operations and disaster support on behalf of FEMA.  Dinner: Food and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided Please: RSVP for Seating Door Prizes are welcome!
