We are looking for 1099 positions to join us on projects. Most of this work will be in the Arvada area. Carpenters to set forms, finishers, and one or two supervisors. Great for those needing extra work Please have all tools needed. Preference will be given to those with a truck or who already work as a small team. Please provide how many years of experience Extensive knowledge and experience of constructing formwork for the placement of concrete Stamping concrete Extensive knowledge of and experience with placing and finishing concrete Experience with basic surveying equipment including levels, lasers and tape measures. Must be able to grade! Ability to assemble and tie reinforcing steel as needed and estimate how much is needed for the project Ability to lift heavy loads Ability to do tearout with jackhammers and other equipment. Ability to see project from start to finish while maintaining a good attitude. Nobody wants to work around grumpy people. We can pay you cash per project. Please text first to set up a call.
