18 Month Old Dog In Need of a Home

We are looking for a home for this little guy, named Jack. He is great with people/children, housetrained, and knows some basic commands. Originally, we agreed to take care of him short term for his owner (a veteran) who was having some mental health issues and was unable to care for him. She recently confirmed that unfortunately, she would not be able to take him back. He is high energy, loves affection and will quickly roll over on his back for a belly rub. If you are sitting on the couch at night, he will always want to be touching you. We have two other dogs in the home that are ours, so he has been socialized, although he prefers being the center of attention. He needs work on leash reactivity when other dogs or small animals are around, but otherwise, he's a good boy. We had him neutered shortly after coming to us and we are asking for a $200 rehoming fee to cover some of that cost, but we are negotiable on that as more importantly, we would like to find a good home for him.
