You (male) were sitting on the bench of the Church Ave bound G train platform. You were wearing a long coat and a light brown hat. I was wearing black cargo pants and a puffy reddish brown jacket. We locked eyes as my friend and I walked past you. I looked behind me and you were still looking our way. You got onto our train car. My friend got off at her stop. When she did and it was just you and me, I'd hoped we were going to catch each other's gaze again. I thought about coming up to you but was too nervous. You untangled your headphones to put them on. When my stop came and I began to exit the train, you looked over at me. The moment the doors closed I regretted not saying anything to you. Maybe you're out there checking missed connections too? If you are, I'd love to grab drinks.
