DOMESTIC COUPLE NEEDED! Each person will work 52 hours per week 5 or 5 1/2 days per week! Bedford / Mount Kisco border NY $100,000 - $110,000 per year per person = $200,000 - $220,000. Upkeep & maint. of a few buildings, fixing things in home / on property when they break. Proactive hard worker to do lawn and property maint! Property Caretaker / Housekeeper Couple. One person in the couple will do all Housekeeping duties, cleaning, laundry, tidying & some laundry. Vacuuming the cars, taking cars in for service appointments & grocery shopping Property maint.  leaf blowing, cleaning terraces, keeping the garage & tennis court clean etc. Handyman duties & inventory of supplies that need to be replaced. Feeding a few animals daily. Good communication with the employer & trustworthiness is essential. One person in the couple must drive. Private cottage on the property where the couple can live. Live-in OR live-out, your choice!
