I need a carpenter, painter and drywall repair person.
There will be a series of repair projects around my house over the next 12 months.
The work will be done in phases, I prefer a contractor who does his or her on jobs, personally.
You must have own tools and transportation.
Reliability is a must along with honesty.
Work must be done during, Monday thru Saturday between 9am and 3pm.
