phone line severed, need assistance

My phone service got cut off by my grandmother who I go half on the bill for. I don't know what else to do, she's upset because I'm leaving to live on my own, and holding this over my head because she thinks I won't help her anymore even though it's completely untrue. She has psych issues she won't look into, and I've always taken the blunt of it. I have a job I can't even report in to, and I'm trying to get a second job so I can't even give them a phone number. It's already embarrassing that I have to go back to these places that I applied to, to provide another phone number. I'm trying to get my own phone service, but I'm between paychecks at the moment with nothing after saving just enough to move out. Is there anyone who can help out? I'm at a store using their wifi right now, but a lot of apps aren't working on my phone with this wifi. I'm hoping this goes through. I can get anyone back this coming Friday, I just need to get my phone turned on in my own name right now, for the sake of my life and my job.
