As a Tulu Friend you will serve as the face, eyes and ears of TULU in your market. You'll work with our Operations team based in NYC to ensure the highest level of service for our communities who share our digital and Physical Amenities. TULU Friends have trusted members of the team tasked with maintaining TULU units inside residential buildings. We are looking for qualified candidates to join the TULU Operations team as a TULU Friend! This is part-time position which varies in length of hours per week. It can be expected between 8-10 Hours Per Week with a pay of $22/hr. A gas stipend of “20$’ will be provided. What You’ll Do Cleaning & Sanitizing Rental &Ride Products Identify common issues in TULU units working with our operations team to resolve issues in under 72 hours. Performing general maintenance including the restocking and organization of back rooms. Inspect TULU unit and assist with troubleshooting, identify issues with Tulu unit availability Utilize technology to synchronize the availability of items and products About You Self Starter-This role is best suited for candidates with strong client-service skills & bias towards action elevating the TULU experience. You are driven to make things done. Empathetic - You keep the customer, and their needs, at the forefront of your prioritization Gritty – You roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to make thing successful.
