We own a successful business strategy consulting firm. We work from home, but our life is hectic. We frequently don’t have time to love on our fur babies the way we want to, much less run all of life’s errands. We have a cleaner who comes in every two weeks, but we are looking for frequent tidying. We also travel a lot, often on short notice, which has made using traditional pet sitters a challenge. They are frequently unavailable when we need them. On top of that, it’s common for our days to spin out of control and when that happens the dogs don’t always get played with or exercised the way they should. We are looking for someone who has the flexibility to make sure that kind of stuff is taken care of. If I had to guess, I would say 20-30 hours a week. We are looking for a good communicator who can be proactive and not sit back and wait for us to make an appointment. We need a “How can I help?" approach. We are very flexible, other than our travels. We also have a ground floor apartment (think air bnb) that you can overnight if you prefer to stay here while we are traveling. Anyway. We need a personal assistant and pet nanny who is low maintenance and hovering out of sight to assist when needed. We are thinking a flat fee per week situation maybe but we are open to a bigger conversation. There are weeks when we have it under control and we won’t need you as much, but when we need you we need to know you are there, so we are willing to pay accordingly
