Gigging Eclectic Americana band seeking drummer

Our old drummer's day job transferred her to a new region far away and we wont be able to play with her anymore unfortunately. Therefore, we are looking for a drummer who can hit the ground running. We have a busy winter/spring schedule and need someone asap. That being said, we want to find the right person and aren't looking for just anybody. Having a fresh perspective is a good thing; we arent looking for someone whos been around the scene floating from band to band.
