About ERX Emergency Restoration Xperts is a family owned and locally operated business serving North Carolina since 2013. At ERX, we offer full-service restoration contractors who are equipped to provide restoration services for both residential and commercial properties due to a storm, fire, flood, or mold damage. Our restoration services include construction and repairs for a full rebuild of the affected areas, contents restoration, 24/7 response, and much more. We handle every phase of the process to get our customers back to pre-loss status. In order to assure that restoration services, including mold remediation, dehumidification & drying, construction & repairs, contents restoration, and more, are done right, our technicians hold the following certifications: Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD), Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT), Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), Odor Control Technician (OCT), Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning Technician (UFT), Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT). We are seeking a skilled Mitigation Technician Lead to carry on our legacy of quality restoration services. Responsibilities include delivering customer service expectations while overseeing execution of jobs. This is accomplished by providing excellent leadership for your crew and ensuring proper and thorough documentation. The typical schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with a mandatory on-call rotation. Requirements · At least 1 year of experience working in the restoration mitigation industry · IICRC Restoration Industry Certification in Water Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Mold & Biohazard Remediation is preferred · Valid driver's license with a clean driving record · Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform typical tasks associated with the job · Basic tech skills to use a smartphone/tablet and relevant software · Availability to work overtime in response to emergency situations, which may include after hours, weekends, or holidays
