We do framing, roofing, siding and build decks We are looking for people that has experience in all of this You will need to be able to climb and not be scared of heights  and be able to read a tape measure correctly Plus  be able to use all the tools it takes to do this kind of work like Skil saw, nail guns and drills I am not looking for labor to clean up the job or carry lumber  This is a fast paced job not one where you stand around and talk or be on your phone I hired a guy that told me he had 30 years of experience and he used to have his own business and he told me he is worth $25 to $30 a hour and we agreed for him to start out at $20 hour and after he worked 90 days we would look at everything and talk about more money I watched him he could not use a saw right and he was slower than my granny all he wanted to do is talk and watch everyone else work So just to be honest i have a 22 year old that works for me and if you don’t have more experience then him and if you can’t out work him do tell me you are worth $20 or $30 hour because you will be lying to me, and lying to yourself  I am a laid-back guy just wants good quality work and people to earn their money sorry for the way this sounds but I have run a couple of adds and hired a few people and they just straight up lied to me on the phone when they we talked I don’t want people that has a drug or drinking problem If you are looking for a good job and want to grow with a small business Then text me your name, number and the experience you have to 615-801-5384 and I will call you as soon as I can so we can talk I will not reply back or call you if you don’t do want I just ask you because that tells me you can’t follow directions sorry if this sounds bad but I am done with people lying to me and don’t have common sense Thanks and I hope you are having a wonderful day
