Need Some Computer Stuff Done

Description

I was given a nice HP laptop but it has the prior owner's stuff on it and I need to have it wiped clear, back to factory status. I have a few other things I could use help with on my chromebook and even on my new cell phone, such as setting up mobile banking. For some reason having an issue with that. Plus connecting the new cell phone to the car dashboard. I also need to learn how to put tunes on a flash drive so I can listen to what I want in my car, not what's on the radio. I have all kinds of stuff to keep someone busy for at least a few hours, or perhaps a couple of afternoons. I'm not made of money, so I can't afford too much. Be reasonable if possible. I'm in Hudson but willing to travel.
