Interested in buying a home? Join us for a FREE homeownership workshop that will cover the entire home-buying process from start to finish. Topics of this workshop will include determining your price range, financial readiness, qualifying for a mortgage, the transaction process, searching for a home, negotiations, the title and escrow process, and more! This class will be taught by trusted local professionals, Katelyn Swarringim with RE/MAX Integrity, Malia Sprague with Umpqua Bank, and Ali Bossard with Cascade Title. Food and beverages will be provided, along with Q&A time to ask all your questions about purchasing your next home. The class will be offered in-person as well as via zoom.
