Kristi Slotemaker is owner/educator of River Valley Cheese a mobile cheesemaking workshop where she has taught thousands of people around the world the science, history and pure deliciousness of cheese. She started River Valley Cheese as a place where humans can explore their creativity, connect with their community, play and have fun. She believes that when we get excited and curious about the history and culture of food, we can embrace and celebrate the uniqueness of the humans around us Tickets include a Goat Cheese Spread (that you made yourself!), instruction, and lots of cheese knowledge, and of course some bread because what are we, animals?
