We're going to go over everything from how much you'll need if any out of pocket, and the ins and outs of the buying process from start to finish. Starting with what to expect during the pre-approval process, what to do once you're approved, going over writing the best offers, what happens when you're under contract both on the lending side as well as the realtor side, and finally opening your new front door. This In-Person 5- hour workshop is a Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC) Sponsored class. In this class, you will learn, from local professionals, what to expect and what is expected of you throughout the home-buying process! This class is required to qualify for the Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC) certification for down payment assistance. Even if you do not need to use assistance this is the perfect course for first-time buyers or a refresher for those homeowners that are wanting to sell and buy another home! Lunch will be provided.
