Join us at Hardwick Winery to celebrate Valentine's/Galentine's Day with a guided Wine & Chocolate Treats Pairing Experience! During this 90 minute experience, Wine Educator Missa Capozzo (CSW, WSET3, FWS) will present 5 wines within the Hardwick Winery portfolio paired with a variety of chocolate-based treats by Wicked Good Treats by Elaine from Wilbraham, MA, as well as teach the fundamentals of wine and food pairing. Each registration includes a flight of 5 wines and perfectly paired chocolate items. This is a 21+ event. Please feel free to arrive early to purchase and enjoy a glass of wine, mulled wine, or wine slushee before class begins! ***SNOW DATE: In the event we have a large snowstorm that creates dangerous travel conditions, this class will be held on Sunday, February 19 at 11:30am.
