Attendance at a Mission: Health screening will provide you with current biometric information needed to complete your Mission: Health Enrollment form in the fall during Open Enrollment. Biometric results include Total Cholesterol, HDL, A1c, Blood Pressure and BMI measurements. A scheduled appointment time is needed to attend a screening. Screenings should take about 20 minutes. You do not need to fast prior to the screening. If you are an Optima insured employee please bring your Optima member card to the screening so we can access you in our system.
