This months event will include a mini workshop on abundance and manifestation, a soundbath and a meditative art experience (meditation + stream of consciousness painting class): 1. Abundance & Manifestation workshop - Shay/ Elev8ed Vibes LLC 2. Sound bath - Divine Illumination Holistic Healing Center 4. Meditative Art Experience Shay will be guiding you in a meditation to unlock your creativity and allow it to flow freely, Getting you into a deep flow state where your mind is clear and you are mindfully immersed in the present moment. Immediately after open your eyes from meditation the "stream of consciousness" watercolor art class will begin. Athena will then guide you on how to create a beautiful , mixed media piece of art while you are still in a mindful state from the meditation. Stream of consciousness painting is designed to help you to learn to release control and allow your self to just flow, allowing your creativity to pour our intuitively and uninhibited There is always tea, water and snacks at every event. Join us as we help you to focus on YOU ! Takin just a few hours to focus on your own holistic selfcare is so important. Selfcare helps you to fill up your energetic cup so that you have more than enough energy for yourself and your loved ones. The store is open for a private shopping experince.
