Looking for drummer for dreamy/post-rock band

We are an established band who is looking for a drummer. For context, one of our guitarists left (for life reasons), and our drummer (the person making this post) moved over to guitar. Our musical tastes vary, but if I had to call it anything, I'd say we are a bit post-rocky sounding with some dreamy twang to it. Even though this record means a lot to us, we are also interested in changing up the sound more to grow with us. We are in our later 20s, open to most ages, but would prefer someone in a similar stage of life as us.
