During this Intro to Wellness Workshop, Fox Indigo and Yahhila Yisrael, will share what Holistic Wellness looks like. The Holistic Practitioners will introduce Reiki Healing, Mindful Movements (Yoga), Breathe Work (breathing exercises) and Sound Healing. Come as you are. All are welcome. Adults only.
