Play Together at Kid's World to Support Miss Nancy

This past fall, our beloved daycare teacher, Miss Nancy, was diagnosed with Stage II B Metastatic Breast Cancer. She's currently undergoing chemotherapy treatments and will complete a total of 16 sessions before reconstruction and 6 weeks of daily radiation. Although Miss Nancy’s journey to recovery will be long and arduous, she continues to show up day after day to care for our children with endless love and enthusiasm. The families of Miss Nancy's toddler classroom organized this play date fundraiser at Kid's World in Hingham to help cover the financial burden of cancer's hidden costs. Proceeds from the event tickets (donations) will be given directly to Miss Nancy. We hope to see all of the families from the center and invite you to bring other friends and extended family members. Parents are encouraged to play along or enjoy a deserved break while watching from the sidelines. During the event, South Shore Sports Complex's bar and lounge will be open, serving pizza, beer, and wine. They will donate 15% of food and beverage sales back to our fundraiser. We suggest a ~$30 per child donation for admission to the Kids World space. If center families, staff, or friends of Miss Nancy would like to provide additional financial contribution, we've organized a separate GoFundMe page linked HERE. Also, PLEASE BRING SOCKS! South Shore Sports Complex requires all Kids and Adults to remove their shoes, as no shoes or bare feet are allowed in the Kids World area.
