January is the perfect time of year to think about your 2023 goals! Join the Center for Creative Arts Therapy on January 29th for this mental health focused Vision Board workshop. You'll brainstorm dreams and goals, then find words and pictures from magazines and photos to create personalized artwork that will inspire you throughout the year. This event is geared towards adults (Those 16+ are welcome to join) and FREE to the community! The Center for Creative Arts Therapy will provide art supplies. If you have any magazines, personal pictures or special supplies you would like to utilize, feel free to bring them with you! Please Register via Eventbrite by 1/24/23 so we have enough supplies.
