In this unique offering you will experience:A relatable summary of the astrological components of the current moon phase & opportunity to set intentions in alignment with the moon cycle. - guided breathwork to regulate the nervous system and begin to relax the body & mind - guided relaxation + channeled meditation journey with cosmic messages for the collective participants in the room (Kir is an E.T channel & will channel these messages and meditation journey based on the energy of the room) - crystal bowl sound bath *No experience necessary whatsoever! Everyone is welcome. All levels will feel comfortable and guided in this space.* About Kir: Who is Kir? Kir has been working as a psychic, channel & kundalini breathwork/meditation teacher for the past 14 years trained in guiding beginners through a simple meditation practice, ritual and layers of personal energy work. You will find yourself comfortable with pillows, blankets, bolsters and mats. BYO if you’d like! There are also props in the space for you to use. Once everyone is settled, guests will be guided into a breathwork pattern aimed at a specific goal/ energy shift in alignment with the moon cycle and astrological happenings. After the breathwork which gives your mind a chance to settle and unload some energy out of the mental body and physical body you will lay down and embark on a guided meditation journey channeled by Kir. This journey can consist of angels, spirit guides, magical visuals & cosmic messages for the group. Each journey is different and based upon the energy of the moon and the energy of the group! The meditation journey is followed by a crystal bowl sound bath in which your logical mind and body can TRULY REST and your soul is free to co-create with the magic and energy of the crystal bowls & moon. What to bring: your lovely self a notebook and pen/pencil (many participants enjoy journaling after the breathwork and/or upon waking) water Yoga mat, blanket, pillow for coziness (there are some in the space as well)
