Join us for LCSC’s 6th annual Women’s Leadership Conference, “Healthy Leadership: Women Finding Balance.” What does healthy leadership look like and how can women find balance in their work, their communities, and their families to help them successfully lead? The conference will examine key avenues to lead women to success including ideas of emotional health, professional health, physical health, social health, and personal health in all aspects of our lives. It will provide network opportunities for women in the community, career development discussions and strategies, and mentoring sessions. Conference workshops will examine techniques and strategies that enable successful leadership, and provide guidance for finding ways to attain equality in decision making, in workplaces, homes, and communities. The conference aims to provide skills, knowledge, and abilities to help women become better leaders and empower the next generation of leaders, with a focus on finding a healthy balance in our lives to lead to better health, happiness, and productivity. Registration is $55 for the general public and $10 for all full-time students (K-12 and higher education). Registration includes access to the plenary talks and breakout sessions, as well as morning and afternoon receptions, and lunch. Students will need to email [email protected] for a registration code. The conference will be on the LCSC campus, from 8 am to 4:30 pm, on Friday, March 3.
