Winter Island Yacht Yard, a Ranger Tug Dealership and boat storage and service facility, is seeking capable individuals with a strong work ethic to join our team. This individual must have reliable transportation, be willing to work outside in all conditions. This is a full-time, year-round position. The scheduled days of operations are Monday through Friday, and some weekends will be expected during the busy season. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Power wash boats • Bottom paint boats • Adhere to safety policies and procedures • Assist mechanics when necessary • Perform and assist with maintenance projects around the boatyard Qualifications: • Strong work ethic • Ability to handle physical workload • Ability to lift over 50 lbs. • Current, valid, MA driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable motor vehicle Experience in boating and use of hand and power tools a plus. Starting at $22+ based on experience.
