hey, i’m a singer and guitarist in my 20s with a ton of melodies and parts of songs written looking to start an alt / indie band. i’m down to travel pretty much anywhere in RI. my favorite band is the strokes, so i’m definitely looking to do something in the same vein as the strokes with some elements of lou reed, bowie, iggy pop / the stooges, maybe arctic monkeys (amongst others). decent musicians who are genuine and have some empathy and a sense of humor are 100% preferred over virtuosos who are sociopaths. but at the same time a passion for making unique / original music and a desire to make something great out of this project would be ideal. thanks
