If you are new to the concept of creating a vision board, let me fill you in! A vision board is a collage of your goals, inspirations & an overall view of your highest self! It gives you a daily “in your face visual” of everything you are striving to achieve! A vision board will help you stay laser focused on what's important to you & the why behind it. January is the perfect time to redirect any outlooks that are holding you back, set new goals and experience positive changes! This vision board experience will help you to gain clarity around what you really want, teach you to tap into positive emotions that will propel you forward & show you step by step ways of achieving your goals. Our vision board will be divided into 4 main sections: Abundance, Health, Love & Energy. Abundance focuses on finances, career success & material things. Health is about your mental and physical wellness. Love is about all of your relationships: partners,family, friends kids. And finally there is Energy. Divine energy that is. Think-your higher self, beliefs, morals, your spirituality, religion or any form of awareness that you chose to guide your life by. These 4 areas feed off one another and can be tricky to balance. This excercise will help you define individual goals/inspiration in each area & also find overlapping core goals to focus in on. This workshop is centered around emotional intelligence. The benefits: a greater sense of self worth, kinder internal monologue, social wellness & an overall feeling of inner joy! So much of our happiness is based on perspective…a change in perspective can change your entire life. Want even better news…This workshop is free! Just bring your supplies.
