Welcome to our Winter Wine Dinner. A verdant outdoor natural area surrounding the Peacock Gap neighborhood sets the stage for the new tasting program called Renaissance for the Palette. These wine dinners will showcase the property’s acclaimed Chef John culinary talents with collaborations with local vineyards. The evening will start out with canapes and champagne and move to the wine dinner with pairing. We will feature live music with jazz saxophonist Eric Prosche to add to the ambiance.
