This gathering is for anyone who is in ministry at a high capacity, especially in the 2nd chair (i.e. Pastor, Executive, and/or Director level). We're building a network that is safe and connecting you to other regional Ministry Executives. We are believing that leading in ministry doesn't need to be lonely, unsupported, and under-resourced. Everything the Local Church needs is within God's Church. Since XP Gathering launched in June 2021, we've seen a need and continued desire to create more spaces for Ministry Executives to connect with each other regionally. We have over 150 Ministry Executives engaged with our network, and over 55 Churches represented. What to expect at our gatherings: 1) Connect with your regional ministry peers, leading at an Executive position at their church. 2) Get Resourced by experts in their field with topics that relevant to our current challenges in Ministry. 3) A Curated safe space that creates an organic networking space that supports your needs. As these times have challenged the church to stand up in One Accord, One Voice while staying Diverse, let's take a moment to show the world how impactful the Church can be if we intentionally work together! This is our initial San Diego County Regional launch, hosted by Kirk Jones & Tracie Moss, Executive Pastors at NorthCoast Church, Vista, CA. We have a guest speaker, Charlie Bradshaw (Executive Pastor of Leadership & Staff ) who is planning to come and hang with us as a seasoned and experienced Pastor at NorthCoast Church.
