Description: Office Cleaning Custodian - with Bonus & Benefit Work days - Monday - Friday Shift Options: Ability to work between the hours of 6 PM - 6 AM. 4 - 6 hours per evening. (Evenings / Overnights) Location: Ft. Myers Overview: · Performs a variety of general cleaning tasks or disinfection to maintain building lobbies, offices, hallways, restrooms, and other assigned areas of the building facility. Cleaning Responsibilities: · Spray down surfaces with disinfectant and wipe down surfaces. · Polishes and cleans fixtures in offices and bathrooms. · Wet mops and Vacuums. · Dust and cleans fixtures, tops or windows, door frames, high touch points · Removes waste from work area and places waste in specified bags or containers. · Cleans and disinfects all fixtures, floors, mirrors, windows, doors, and walls of bathrooms. · Performs other duties as assigned. · Strong work ethic and the ability to be on-time consistently · Attention to detail · Willingness to learn Qualifications : · Must be trustworthy to work alone and in office buildings · Must have a car · Must pass a drug test for MDMA (Molly), cocaine and crystal methamphetamine · Must be trustworthy to work alone and in office buildings Past Experience: · Janitorial or any other prior cleaning experience: 1 year (Preferred) Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour (plus monthly bonuses for perfect attendance) Benefits: · Paid Time Off and Health Insurance for qualifying employees · Career Advancement Management Training Benefit Conditions: · 90 day waiting period may apply Language & Education · Read, Write, Speak English (preferred) · High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
