Estimated 8 year old ex bronc horse. Grade. Stated Percheron/quarter horse cross. Rescued from kill pen in Texas. Fearful of humans. I can work with him in his stall, but once out in pasture he runs away. I can halter him, brush him, and he will now take food from my hand. I can put a lead rope on and walk him around in his stall, but he will not allow me to lead him from the stall. He needs someone who can work with him consistently (I work 5 days a week), or who wants him as a pasture mate for other horses. He has been around other horses where he is and has not proven aggressive. I have invested four thousand with his bail, transportation and a professional trainer for a few sessions, and would ask for at least that for his rehoming, but would consider offers on a good home. I have not trailered him since he’s been here for the past couple months, but he has been on trailers and did well during his transport from Texas. Please text for any other questions.
