Additionally, we have numerous restaurant and hospitality customers that we maintain and service their commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment Requirements: Have an analytical and mechanical aptitude. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience servicing HVAC equipment. Must be EPA Universal Certified. Able to follow blueprints and understand technical instructions. Strong communication skills. Must be able to keep good records and complete necessary paperwork. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose accurately on repair or maintenance requests. Able to effectively communicate technical information to customers. Able to work independently. Knowledgeable with computers and job-related software. Possess a clean and valid driver's license.
