It is owned and operated by Stewart Thibodeau alongside his son-in-law, Jason Blackmon. TLCR is a full-service log cabin restoration company providing services in Raleigh/Durham as well as the surrounding areas of North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. TLCR job crews consist of highly trained and experienced crew leads allowing the company to restore on average 100+ cabins each year. TLCR prides itself in being best in class; providing exceptional service when preparing for a log cabin restoration. We understand the finite details of the log home, but also the homeowner’s dream vision. JOB DESCRIPTION/SKILLS REQUIRED: We are currently looking for an Assistant Project Manager/Estimator. Qualified individuals should have painting/staining experience, estimating experience, good math skills, be able to climb ladders, a valid drivers license and be willing to travel. TLCR will provide a company truck as well as pay for travel expenses (hotel, gas and meals). This job involves making site visits to generate estimates for potential jobs, completing touch-ups, starting crews, working with crews as needed as well as doing final walk throughs with customers upon job completion. Some overnights expected. Bi-lingual is a plus. This is a salary job and rate will be determined by experience. Qualified candidate will receive great pay with up to 10 weeks paid vacation.
